How do I get a quote?Simple! Just follow these steps: Click the "Get A Quote" button Upload you files to the portal Select your technology, material and quantity per part Submit your quote for review That's it! Once submitted one of our engineers will review your quote request and then email you back with a link to place your order online

Where do you ship to?We can ship parts all across the United States. We are centrally located in Dallas, Texas allowing us to ship parts for next day delivery as late as 6pm CST.

How fast are your leadtimes?We try to be incredibly quick. In some cases we can print parts same day if ordered early enough. Our typical turnaround times are 3-5 days for industrial printers and 1-3 days for our prosumer printers.

What is the largest size part you can make?AS BIG AS YOU WANT! No joke, we've printed models as large as an entire car. When doing this don't worry about splitting the model, we'll handle everything. Just send us the CAD file and sit back while we slice, print, bond and assemble your model! If you need the part to be a single unit then the largest part we can make is: - 914 x 609 x 914 mm (35.98 x 23.98 x 35.98 in)

The size and geometry of the model Which technology you select Which material you select If there are any additional finishing touches you need When pricing your projects we consider all these factors to give you a fair quote that reflects that true nature of building your parts.

What is your fulfillment policy?1. Order Placement & Quoting Order Submission: Customers can submit orders through our website or email. Quoting Process: Once files are submitted, we will review them for printability and material compatibility. A detailed quote, including pricing, estimated turnaround time, and shipping costs, will be provided instantly when using our online portal. Manual quotes may take up to 24 hours. Approval and Payment: Production begins only after the customer approves the quote, completes payment or submits a PO. We accept payments via major credit cards. 2. Production Process Lead Times: Production lead times depend on order complexity, material availability, and volume. Standard orders are typically completed within 3-5 business days. Large or highly detailed orders may require extended timeframes, which will be communicated upfront. Design Review: Files will be inspected for common issues like wall thickness and part geometry. Minor adjustments may be recommended to improve print quality. Significant design alterations are the customer’s responsibility. Materials & Finishes: We offer a range of materials and finishes. Specific requests must be indicated at the time of the order. Any changes to materials after order approval may impact the price and lead time. 3. Quality Control & Testing Inspection: Every order undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure adherence to specified tolerances and quality standards. Any discrepancies will be communicated, and we will work to address them before shipping. Customer-Supplied Materials: If a customer provides their own materials or files, our responsibility for quality may be limited to the printing process itself. 4. Shipping & Delivery Shipping Options: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Shipping costs will be included in the initial quote or billed separately based on customer preference. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Delays due to shipping providers or customs (for international orders) are beyond our control. Pick-Up Option: Local customers may opt to pick up completed orders from our facility during business hours. 5. Returns, Reprints, & Refunds Defects or Errors: If an error or defect occurs due to a production issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may offer a reprint or partial refund, subject to our discretion and inspection of the returned part. Customer Design Issues: We are not responsible for defects resulting from customer-provided designs or files. Reprints will be offered only if the issue is related to the production process itself. Refunds: Due to the custom nature of 3D-printed parts, refunds are limited to cases where production errors significantly impact part functionality or appearance. 6. Cancellations & Modifications Order Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be considered only if production has not yet commenced. Modifications: Customers may request design or material modifications within the first 24 hours. After this period, modifications are subject to feasibility and may incur additional charges. 7.
